A residence developer who bribed an Aboriginal land council in a bid to protected primary real estate at underneath-industry charges visited a quantity of them across NSW, a corruption inquiry has been instructed.

Before on Tuesday, ICAC forensic accountant Grant Lockley instructed the commission that Mr Gattellari and Mr Medich manufactured eleven payments between 2008 and 2010 totalling $126,000 to a company owned by Ms Mason.
The initial payment of $76,000 was utilized to clear a debt her brother, Ron Mason Jnr, incurred right after failing to pay out a house loan on an oyster lease.
